Maria Esswein Recognized at Union College's Honors Day Convocation

Maria Esswein of Perryville was recently recognized at Union College's annual Honors Day Convocation.

Esswein a senior at Union, won the Outstanding Psychology Major Award given to the psychology major in the top 35th percentile of his/her class who shows outstanding dedication in the discipline of psychology. The award was presented to Esswein by Dr. L. A.Jone.

Esswein was one of only 35 Union students to recieve an award at this year's ceremony. The ceremony for the Honors Day Convocation took place at the Conway Boatman Chapel on Union campus Thursday, April 12 at 9:30 a.m.
