Scarlet Hampton to participate in fall play at Union

Scarlet Hampton of Loyall will be participating in this year's fall theatre production at Union College.

The production is "A...My Name is Alice," a contemporary musical. Hampton, a Freshman at Union, will participate as seamstress and set construction crew. It is scheduled for five performances, Nov. 1-2 and 7-9, beginning at 8:00 each evening. Diane Montgomery, Ph.D., assistant professor of theatre, is directing as well as acting in the play.

According to Montgomery, "A...My Name is Alice" is "a hilarious and touching musical about women, women's points of view, women's relationships, the men they love and the men they love to hate."
